dvd x copy xpress

    If I try to make a copy of a disk from a copy that I have made I get an error message Could not open VIDEO_TS.INFO FILE. Can anyone let me know how to get round this problem. I am a novice so make it as simple as possible. Many thanks

    Try ripping with DVD Decrypter, if you cannot then you will not be able to copy it.
