WHen I re installed DVD X Copy, it seems to work ok again but almost every time I open it up another Box opens telling me to download updates but whe you try it gives me a message the something is illegal about the program and cant? It also tells you that may of the copies of DVD X copy after 2003 are fake ad tells you to get a refund and redirects you to site where you can purchase several kinds of software for coping movies. Does anyone know what this is about and how to get rid of this box etc? glen
I would ask "Ireland" ... he's the real pro with DVD X Copy. If there are other types that are as easy, I'd like to know what they are. Even I can click once!
Hi gerry! Yeh, ask ireland mate....but when i had problems with dvd x copy, he just told me the same thing tuccker 001 did. I took his advice (kinda) and now use nero and anydvd.
Ireland said that? Hmmm ... maybe there's trouble. I tried to use Nero once and felt like throwing the whole computer out the window fifteen mins later. X Copy platinum works so well, is there nothing else as easy?
Ahhhh u see i only had normal X copy pro. Not platinum. Lmao gerry! I know the feeling, i have made a thread in the "all other topics" section about my printer and cd labels cause it doesnt work anymore, and i feel the same. My main pc is also screwed to hell, i think we just gonna get it wiped and start again.
first block dvdxcopy from updates with ye firewall.. yes there are problems with dvdxcopy programs.. it all in the update side..some one cracked it..its a back door for spyware virus or worse to be installed.and it will shutdown the program. i removed all dvdxcopy stuff off my computer years ago.so my advice is to dump all dvdxcopy products..except international platinum v50013. a lot of newbies are using cracks to activate the programs..and using keygens which has trojan's and virus's.
