I'm having a problem with DVD X Maker. I've been trying to use DVD X Maker to rip MPEG files I encoded on my hard drive to a DVD. These ones SHOULD fit on a single DVD (they are just over 4Gb combined), but DVD X Maker fails every time just as it is about to finish building the image with the following error... "Problem Preparing Image. Failed before writing to media started. Disk was not changed. Error code: 1251:0:3". 321 Studios kept sending me circular responses, like "yes, DVD X Maker will burn MPEGs to DVD". Lately, they've been deleting my support request emails without reading them. Not cool. Any help anyone can offer will be VERY much appreciated. Thanks, RJRon
==NO== It will not work that way. It is made only for CAPTUREING VIDEOS from a VHS player to your hard drive only with a dazzle and then you can burn it to a DVD. You can call 321 and tell them that you are geting an Error code: 1251:0:3 an see what they say eye to eye is always beter I cand get it to burn MPEGs to DVDs so I dont use it for that. Is this a new copy that you are useing, that is one that you just get in the lest year or so and if so, it is not for S==T 321 Studios is spining toward zero from all the Hollywood Sues and all the DVD-cloning software that has been remove from them. Now 321 is a joke.
