Weird that my DVD X Platinum - version 4.0.3.8 now cannot copy CSS protected DVDs...I just noticed this the other day and still get the following message "The disc you inserted is CSS encrypted. This version of DVDXCopy XPRESS cannot backup CSS encrypted movies (I thought this is what I had been doing for some time now???). Would you like more information abouting backing up CSS encrypted movies? When you click yes, it takes you to a defunct 321 webpage. Does someone know if there was an expiration date or something in the software? I purchased my package from Best Buy around Apr or May and of course everyone now knows that 321 closed their doors...but, I'm wondering if somehow they were ordered to include some type of coding whereby use of the CSS decryption is now disabled??? Or, are the new DVDs coming out actually have a different type of protection??? In any manner, I had no problems before, but now all of the sudden I'm getting the CSS error...any thoughts on this?
