DVD X Rescue

    Hi, Tom here!
    Could anyone advise me how to correct this issue:
    When I go to use DVD X Rescue, I get this:
    Exception Access Violation at 60e28b13, which asks me if I want to send a Bug report. To who? The're out of bussiness. Right???
    My DVD X copy works alright, and I reinstalled it over again.
    It's already activated, and it's my legal copy.
