dvd x rescue

    I have a registered copy of dvd x copy platinum version 3.2.1.0 when I try to use dvd x rescue I get an error message of dvd x rescue exception access violation at 77d6ef68 how do I correct this ? Where can I find what these error codes mean so I can try to fix them myself ?
