dvd x rescue

dvd x rescue does everything ie read analise disc but will not light up for me to rescue. if i click on all other icons it tells me the disc is fine and ready but it won't rescue can anyone help

no probs: if you cant sort the issues with dvd x rescue you may wish to try isobuster.
