dvd xcppy doesnt allow me to make a copy of a dvdr

    i was wondering if it was possible to copy a dvdr onto another dvdr. i use dvd xcopy, but it doesnt read the dvd-r as a dvd, and therefore does not allow me to proceed to make a copy of it. Also, i was wondering since i have a dvdrw drive, and a dvd drive, can i bypass the step of putting the dvd on my HD first, and copy straight onto the dvdr in the dvd drive. Thanks for the help

    You should be able to Copy the DVD-R to the DVD-R without any software accept Burning software, Just do a Straight copy, Or Drag the Video_TS folder of the DVD-R to your Desktop and just Burn it to the Blank DVD-R...simple
