Hello, I just purchased an refurbished hp dvd200i; however, it did not come with any software. Unfortunately, it seems as though I may require drivers to properly install this drive. I tried to do a firmware upgrade but it says there are no valid drives in my system. Nero detects the drive but my verification failed with a could not mount volume. Drive works fine as a cd drive.
