DVD2one V1.1.2 There is a new version of DVD2one with the following new features: Added soundtrack selection for main feature in full disk copy mode. Region code (not RCE), user prohibition and 'layer break bit' are now removed from the full disk copy www.dvd2one.com
Tried to download it and use my 1.1.1 registration code and it wont work. Did they change the registration codes a third time and if so how do I get my new numbers to make 1.1.2 a full working copy and not a trial version?
This is what it says on www.dvd2one.com: If you registered V1.0.0, you need a new code for this release. Fill in your email address in the box and press Send Code. If you registered V1.0.1 or higher, or already requested a new code on this page earlier, you do not need a new code. You can get a new code by filling in your Email-adress. You will get a new code. You must have a registered version now to get a new code !!
Have you tried it yet Wizkid? If so , have you found it to be much better than previoous version? [bold]herbs[/bold]!: ]-~
Haven't yet herbsman ... I do full copies (even all the audio and subtitles). So the added soundtrack selection for main feature is not that important to me. The only thing now is to speed it a little up. Ok I don't want to complain (25min DVD2one for a 2hr movie) but don't we all want to do everything faster and faster....?!
You probably couldn't copy the data from one folder to another in less than half that time. I don't think 20 minutes for the process is too bad.
I feel quite happy with the verion 1.1.1 still to be honest because I only really use MOVIE-ONLY. Subtitles in 10 languages & extras that have no interest to me (even though the film does)...well they just gots'ta go ! Episode discs are a different matter of course. herbs
I also use DVD2one version 1.1.1 and I will stick to it for the time being. But I do full disk copies (last 10 now) and like having the menu and other options/extra features. Really don't see a difference in quality sofar. Got myself a widescreen TV last weekend and it's still amazing, the quality !!!
I'm looking to update TV soon also. Only got a 28" Fastext thing. But letterbox widescreen DVD's are starting to really bug me. I've been lucky on a couple of DVD's , in that there was both ratios to choose from in DVD2One. I'd give my right arm for a Plasma screen : )-~
