Hi, I use dvd2svcd to encode divx/xvid to svcd with subtitles, I also let it auto split the video once encoded.

Anyway, sometimes everything goes fine and I get two perfectly encoded files which I only have to write, but sometimes the audio is completely out of sync.

I have no idea why it sometimes works and then sometimes the audio is out of sync. Any ideas, thanks.
