    thankyou for any help or suggestions
    been successful with dvds under 4.3gig but
    no success with dvds larger than 4.3 i have read lots of threads on differents sites but ihave found more help from this forum.
    iam trying to backup the fast and furious region 2

    DVD Shrink - It's free.
    It allows you to compress your larger DVD-9's to the necessary 4.36GB and provides you with a nice neat VIDEO_TS folder for you to have Nero or CloneDVD burn for you.

    See some guides at my site at the link below, I have almost any program you can do this job with.

    DVD Shrink is nice and free!

    You can use lost of programs like DVD Shrink, DVD2One and CloneDVD. These are all good programs which compress a DVD9 down to DVD5 so it will burn to a 4.7GB DVD-/+R(W).
