I've googled until my fingers turned blue and have found nothing remotely similar. My dad downloaded the DVDFab Express 2.9.6.2 free trial and installed it. Once installed, his Windows XP won't fully boot. He gets the screen offering him Safe Mode, Normal boot etc. If he chooses normal he returns to these same options. All we can do is go into safe mode and using Add/Remove Programs, remove DVDFab Express so he can get back to his desktop. I've since installed DVDFab Express on several other machines with great success. His seems to be unfortunately unique. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Don-I have exactly same problem as your Father. I probably will try AnyDVD with CloneDVD. Do you have any experience with these programs?
    Thanks,

Docarut, My excitement over DVDFab Express has waned significantly since I posted that. I thought it would be the answer where Arccos protection was involved. DVD43 hadn't been updated in months and I was beginning to think it was dead. If I had to choose between DVDFab and 1Click DVD Copy (using DVD43 for decryption), I'm thinking I would choose 1Click. I say this because I and some friends have tried DVDFab Express since my last post and it doesn't seem to be as stable. They are both literally one click copying. Myself though, I'm back with DVDShrink and DVD43. Does this answer your question??? Not really. There has to be something to say about the decryptor and shrinker being written by the same company and I've been a huge fan of CloneCD for years which I believe is also by them. Have you tried their free trial yet? Success???

Don-I have not tried free trial of CloneDVD yet. I am leaning toward buying 1Click but have not quite decided. If I do will let you know how things work out.
