it wont actually turn your files into a single file. What happens is that your files will be compressed to fit onto a single layer dvd while keeping the correct structure. I prefer clonedvd which does the shrinking and burning with a single program. Unfortunately you have to buy the program once your 21 day free trial is up. If you prefer the free route dvd shrink will get those files compressed and I like to do the burning with imgburn.
