I just bought a pioneer a09xl burner after my sony burner just died. For some reason when I try to burn dvd's it stops when I get to the end part. cd's work fine. I've tried different media but I always get the same problem. wilensky Sounds like your media. When I have had this problem with Nero it was due to the media. Which have you tried? Since this is part of the log can you see anywhere where nero recognizes the media being used? Can you post the rest of it? You also should update Nero to the latest version: 6.6.0.16.
