    Hi all,

I'm trying to convert some .avi files to DVD using DVDSanta (version 3.45). The conversion process works fine, because I can view the entire video on my PC with PowerDVD no problem. During the burn process, however, DVDSanta stops at a certain percentage and doesn't go any further.

It's not always the same percentage (one video stops at 92%, one at 17%) and it doesn't always fail (some videos work fine, others freeze during the burn).

I'm using a Pioneer DVR-109 drive with the latest firmware, so if anyone can help me figure it out I'd be very appreciative. Thanks in advance. :)

Use DivX to DvD. I've never had a problem and it's fairly easy to use. You can use a program like Nero to burn the compilation once converted.
