Anyone know what the limit is on the # of video files you can put into DVDSanta at once to encode to make 1 DVD? Or if it has a "time" limit also like the 2 1/2 hrs or time or whatever? thanks!

DVDs encoded 'standard play' will hold 120 minutes.
If encoded 'long play' will hold 240 minutes.
These use predetermined bitrates and are DVD standards.
Ask for further info in the MPEG2 (AVI to DVD) forum.

Yea well I've already pushed 4 xvids into one DVD with DVDSanta equaling almost 6 hours of video equaling 360 minutes of video so what you are saying doesnt make sense.... :/

Well yes, for those who don't need top quality a DVD will hold 360 minutes in 'extended play' mode, too.
SP, LP and EP - kinda like a VCR eh, remember those?
Except DVDs also have XP/Fine (Excellent Play) mode, which will fill up a DVD with only 60 minutes.
So, although SP and LP are the most popular, there are also the other two modes for a total of 4 standard modes :^)
    Regards
