DVDxCOPY 1.5.2 Problem

    Hey does anyone know how 2 help me..ive got a big problem!
    im using internet under firewall so i have to activate register DVDxCOPY 1.5.2 By phone, but the "activate by phone" button is gone!!
    this problem happend after a registry clean
    what do i have to do to fix this problem??
    I tryied uninstalling and reinstalling the software but there was no luck.i tryied to install it on my other pc nd it worked fine but the problem is that my philips dvd+rw-d01 is on my new pc from dell computer corporation.Help me plz. cheers..
