DVDXCopy Finalizing problem

    I have been able to read and write onto a 4.7gb DVD from a 4.3gb movie, but the process gets held up on Finalizing...and it goes on for hours to no avail. I purchased an Inspiron 6000 with a DVD Double layered and I recently went to Dell's website to download the firmware. I'm not sure it that's the most recent one.

    Can anyone help?
