Hi there: I tried to copy all three The Matrix movies using the above software. I had no problem with the second and third DVDs. For some reasons, I could not copy the First DVD. I have two Error messages. One error says: "dwwin.exe Application Error The exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached 0x80000003 occurred in the application at location 0x77f75a58. Click OK to terminate the program. Click Cancel to debug the program." I clicked OK & re-started the computer still had the same message when I tried to copy it again. I clicked Cancel to debug & the program was hung. The other Error message was: "The DVD is protected by CSS decryptor." What should I do? Where do I get the CSS decryptor program to work with the DVDXCopy Platinum? My computer is using Window XP Home Edition, 2.8GHZ Thank you for your help. D
