I bought this software from 321 Studios and had to do a system reinstall. Now when I try to activate online it is rejecting my License ID and Password.

How can I use this software?

When I called 321 Support the message was they could not activate this software anymore. But I bought it from them and don't think this is right.

    Help!

321 studios will not activate it over the phone, all activations have to be done online. Try the option "activate from another computer" - it has worked for some people.

email support@321studios.com, give them your license and password, [bold]and ask them to issue you a new ripper free license[/bold].

Then download Platinum RF, install it, then get 321rip.

    mrtbig,
The reason the program is not activating is you are using the wrong password. Use the password that you used on 321's forum when you registered there. When you registered the product and then registered on the forum that changed the password in their computer to the forums password
