DVDXCopy Platinum Screen Dissapears

    I need some help:
    When XPress (Entire Disk option) is reading the DVD to be copied the precess runs well until 99% of the reading, at these moment the screen dissapears!! and the progrmas ends (I supose).

    The version of Platinum is 3.2.1

    First and foremost start using RW disk until you get the problem resolved.

    Now lets be certain the program actually ended, At the 99% point when the program closes. Open task manager, view the processes and be certain . Post your findings.

    Upgrade to version 4038 last one with a ripper
    works fine
