I bought this when it was still on sale at best buy. I did the installation. I used it till my computer crashed. I built a new computer and now when I go to activate it says "maximum number of activations has been reached.... How do I activate it now does anyone know? Galen
Same problem that you have.Dvd x copy wouldn't work on old compter, buit a new one and it claimed that I have exceeded (7) activations.Emailed my problem to http://www.dvdxcopy-international.com/support.html and now all is well.
