i am trying to read a movie i want to back up. when going thru my ao3 burner, its fine. but when i do it on my ao6 burner, it says error reading sectors...whats this all about.do i need some type of firmware for my ao6. will the software not work with the ao6? input/help appreciated jim
you will have to look in the log files in the 321 studios program, click on 321 folder, access the dvdxpress icon, there should be a folder named log open it up and read the files inside you may have to click on a few to find the correct one. When this is accessed you will see a record of the processes involved, hopefully it will tell you what went wrong, wrong media, to much info to fit on one disc etc. Hope this helps
