Everytime I use my dvdx rescue software, I get this msg.: DVDX Rescue Exception Access Violation at 77d6ef68. Do you want to create a buf report? This was working fine before but all of a sudden it won't work now. Please advise what I can do to correct this problem. thanks. Sonny
