dvp-642/37 few questions...

    so i just got one of these and i have a few questions.

    1) i did a region code hack on it works fine,
    2) now on the firmware when i pressed 569 OK it read VER0531 642/37 so i want to know should i upgrade to the new firmware 1109, and whats this microvison thing i see what will that do? screw something up. please let me know asap.

    I think macrovision is when you try to copy a dvd on vhs

    I upgraded mine to 1109 today, the only difference I saw is the FF X8 is faster than before upgrading. But I'm still having some pixelation and sound problems.
