I have a pioneer A05 and 115 on my puter. Everything has been great for months. Today I loaded EasyCd Creator 5 Plat. and I got this message something like elby detect drive may be reporting incorrectly - please reboot to verify drive identities... now i cannot get the a05 to recognize various types of cd's and dvd's...all the info in windows says everything is fine..upgraded firmware on the ao5 - still nothing... i can burn dvd's, cd's etc..but it will NOT recognize anything i put in it unless i open nero and plan to burn to it... i assume elby is something from clone cd, which is now removed .. note i also have this new drive f:axv scsi device that i never noticed before... i have uninstalled the drives and put them back to no avail... HELP!
The SCSI is probably an interface between the software and your IDE Writer. You maybe shouldnt have deleted that. Re-install ASPI layers and get rid of the Easy CD creator crap
Easy CD is already deleted! Ahh..now to find the aspi layers... hmm..how does one delete them? thanks for the advice..
