E4, E4 +1, Disney Channel, UKTV G2, SKY 1????

Hi I have lost SKY 1, ALL the disney channels, UKTV G2, E4 +1 and although i still have E4 there is no sound.

Anyone else have this problem? And does anyone know how to fix it?

I lost the sound from Sky Sports 1 but managed to get it back after deleting it and then manual scanning but it doesnt work for these channels. Its just a black screen saying bad/scrambled channel.

Any help much appreciated

Now also lost all of SKY MOVIES, and all SKY SPORTS, and alot of kids channels

Any one any ideas???

 

Just do a rescan, if most channels dont work

It seems sly have moved transponders.

or do a factory reset then scan again, it will find the channels again

had to do it this morning , all working fine now
