EAC error (while burning)

Hey guys, I recently got the program EAC. My main intent is burning a cue sheet, now whenevr I begin to write a message appears saying

"Write Error !
sne CUE sheet:
Power on, reset, or bus device reset occurred"

What should I do???

thanks, I've already tried there and Im getting no response. I tried asking Nero customer service (that dident help).
