EAC with LAME MP3 Encoder Bit Rate??

    Hi guys,

    Just install EAC with Lame mp3 encoder, just want to know with the Bit Rate...how high can you go to....coz at the current moment i can set Variable BitRate 192 kBit/s.
    Can i go beyond 200???
    Would it sound better???

    This is a screenshot of my copression settings

    Type in
    -h -v -b 256 --alt-preset extreme
    in the additinal command line options box for slighly better sound quality than --alt-preset standard
