I've searched for a while on various forums to no avail, so here goes. I'm trying to take a 25fps PAL DTS and remove the PAL speedup via eac3to.exe, then convert the PAL video stream to 23.975 and remux. I have the Arcsoft decoders (TotalMedia installed) and the surcodedvd.exe installed as well. Both of those codecs are in my PATH variable, and I also tried to just copy their files to the eac3to DIR and no matter what I attempt via eac3to.exe, I get this same error scenario:
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    DTS, 5.1 channels, 1:24:21, 24 bits, 1509kbps, 48khz
The ArcSoft and Sonic decoders don't seem to work, will use libav instead.
    Decoding with libav/ffmpeg...
    Remapping channels...
Reducing depth from 64 to 32 bits...
    Writing WAVs...
    Creating file "C:\Evil.L.wav"...
    Creating file "C:\Evil.R.wav"...
    Creating file "C:\Evil.LFE.wav"...
    Creating file "C:\Evil.SR.wav"...
    Creating file "C:\Evil.C.wav"...
    Creating file "C:\Evil.SL.wav"...
    Encoding DTS <1536kbps> with Surcode...
Surcode DTS Encoder doesn't seem to be installed.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
Any ideas as to why this is happening? I reinstalled Arcsoft TM and it's working fine. And I can't figure out what the deal is with surcodedvd.exe!
    Thanx in advance.........

    I just happened across this unanswered thread and figured by now you surely have this sorted, but if not;

you will have to encode the audio as AC3 and forget about the DTS.
