thanks SOCOM11 , a friend has since put me straight on the whole thing . i was worried that if i was to lend the vcd to a friend they may have difficulties playing it on their dvd player , but they've assured me that it will play perfect on almost all players . thanks for taking the time to reply , i really appreciate it . thx , Rog2

    Hello svtstang,
To convert an VCD to an mp4 i would first convert the VCD(s) to mpeg using VCD gear
    http://www.vcdgear.com/download.html
Then once you get the mpeg files you can load them up into whatever you use to usually convert stuff to mp4 because mpeg should be supported.
Ive never converted to mp4, im guessing youre using it for an ipod or psp or something so take a look at some of the guides. From what ive heard ImToo is pretty give at converting to mp4, but its really up to you.

SOCOM, thx for the quick reponse:) Thx for the advice, will check that out asap. Been asking around, and that was definetely some good advice:D

BTW, does it make it any more dificult since the VCD is 2 disk? Its still possible to convert to a single mp4?

    Thx again;)
