    will i get banned PERMINATLY from xbox live if i go on with a modded xbox and halo2 on my hardrive?

    yeah you'll get banned for sure. i have 3 xbox's one is hard modded and i went on live and modded for a while. turned off xbox and was banned. thats even with the switch on normal mode. so yeah dont do it.
