I search on a sites and they told me that you can get a free internet using a wifi radar can this be true? If yes can this be working on a pc also?
You can get free wireless internet via a Wi Fi connection @ certain "Wi Fi hotspots". These are often found at places like internet cafes etc. They are usually limited to a certain usage per day, per user though. To take advantage of this, your laptop will need a WiFi card/connector. This is only practical if you have a laptop btw, unless you want to drag a desktop PC around with you all day from cafe to cafe.
Obtaining wifi signal that isn't intended for public use is stealing and thus illegal...as stated by ripper though there are some placed that offer this as a free service to patrons. McDonalds has just recently started offering wifi locally.
