Edit existing Subtitles

    What program can I use to edit subtitles (that is take what is there and just make small changes to sentances, replace a phrase, etc...) from a pre-existing Vob file. What I am doing is decrypting with DVDFAB or DVDdecrypter, and then trying to edit those subtitle files, any one have suggestions?
