Does anyone know of a program that would let me do a little bit of editing to some movies I have? For example, I have Big Trouble in Little China and I'd love to let my 5 yr. old twins watch it, but it has too many "choice" words in it for them. I'd love to edit out the bad words and burn an edited copy. Any help is apprieciated. Thanks.
Wow! You're looking at quite a bit of work. The steps would envolve: 1>demultiplexing the audio and video. 2>editing the audio (being SURE to replace the edited part with the same time of blank (or other) space. 3>multiplexing the audio and video back together. I could name some programs to use, but they wouldn't be free. Perhaps someone else can name some free ones? Hope this helps?
Thank you, that does help...it tells me I guess I'd better not let my kids watch Big Trouble in Little China! That sounds like more work than I have the patience for.
