The only way is to Crop the Area when the Text is Out of the Picture which generally doesn"t look very Good and you loose what is Behind the Text so I guess your answer is "No"....

Well, you can't do it perfectly, but there are some options out there for you. Cropping it will make it look really bad for the most part, so I suggest not doing it.

One thing there is out there is a filter (I found it on this website but can't remember where at) for VirtualDubMod that allows you to blur an area. I successfully blurred quite a bit of the white text of one image I had to the point that it really didn't show up too much, of course this does blur whats behind the image as well, however you can make a custom box to fit only the portion of the image you want.

The worst part about it, is that it took forever, and took a ton of time as it was going to a completely uncompressed avi format.
