Email Tracer

Anyone have any good advice on how to trace where (ip, etc.) an email came from? Thanks

There are programs which offer to do this eg E-mail Tracing Wizard, but if you read the fine print it only tells you how to do it so don't go plunking down over $60 and still can't accomplish what you want. Thanks Jamz. I went snooping around google and got an education on email headers and IP's. Used a trail version of the tracker program and accomplished the task.
