I have around a 350meg avi file that i encoded using winavi. the resulting output of winavi which consisted of a vid_ts and aud_ts is 2gigs. Does that seem like a good conversion or is this conversion unusually large to go from 350 to 2 gigz. I would normally use divxtodvd which would make this same file about 1gig, but in this case cant use it as i am having trouble with divxtodvd.

You may get better results with Winavi by increasing the output size for splitting (click 'Advanced', then 'dvd' after adding file).

    Good luck!
