    PLS SOMEONE TELL ME HOW DO I BURN AN ENCRYPTED AVI UNTO A DVDR SVCD OR VCD . DVDR PREFERRED.

    please, people here don't like all CAPS.
    check out anticAPSLOCK.com

    first you got to decrypt it. and what kind of encryption it uses. and you should be able to unlock it with a password, of course from the one who encrypts it.
