Hello I recently bought a Null modem cable and a usb to null modem seperatly to connect up to my laptop. I am trying to download the firware to my Eurovox 2008. I ahve the Kuro software on my laptop and have tried downloading the software which keeps trying to use COM port three on my laptop. I heard that it needs to be done through COM port two but I can not change it on my laptop. When I plug in the USB port end of the cable my laptop fails to install it and the Kuro once started downloading does nothing ! Can anyone help it is a bit frustrating after buying all the bits ?
