Hi everyone, I have just bought a new printer off ebay an Epson stylus CX3100 multifunction and can't install the scanner driver from the CD. I have read the instructions (i am a woman, ha, ha)and it still comes up that they can't find the file that is needed and I also get a message saying that this program cannot run in Msdos mode or windows system and needs to terminate VERY STRANGE as I'm running XP not N.T BUT I could install the printer. Can anyone help, or have had the same problems with their printer?

just an idea, but you could always try Epson's website for the most current drivers.

Yes it did also mention the autoexec.nt......What does that mean. It isn't a nt disc it's a windows or mac version driver disk. Please help as I need to get it started. thanks and yes I have looked up the driver for mu printer and it's the same as my disc. from brizzo

goto the windows\repair folder & copy autoexec.nt & paste it into windows\system folder
