epson stylus

    my stylus sx215 has started printing black images blue and red images pink, and also i tried to do a photo copy of grandaughter and her face more red than natural.
    any help much appreciated.

    PS: the ink levels are ok, it even did it with brand new cartridges.

    can you install the printer on another pc to see if still does it or not tho i think it will? try anther usb cable tho don't think that is the problem.

    Did you try the printer cleaning function? Same problem with old cartridges? A cartridge could be leaking bleeding ink.

    Since you tried it on another PC with the same results the firmware could be FOOBAR. Printers are cheaply made and inexpensive. Manufacturers make all their money by overcharging with proprietary ink cartridges.

    yes have used the nozzle cleaning function, and it was same with old cartridges as new ones.
