Erasing wma files synch'd onto ipod

    When I purchased my ipod nano I foolishly synch'd almost 3/4 of the memory with wma files and now have no idea how to remove these - anyone been an idiot like me but have the knowledge to remove them?? thanks.

    in iTunes juse highlight them all and click delete. simple.

    Well he probably doesn't want to delete his files. So if you havn't converted them already I suggest you do. The iPod should sync with your iTunes upon connecting it and as long as those files arn't in your library anymore they should get erased.

    in itunes at the bottem right hand corner there is a little ipod, click onthat then click on manualy manage ipod spongs then go to your ipod select and click delete

    The added bonus is the files are hidden.........any clues anyone?

    You could always just run iPod updater and click 'Restore' It'll delete everything on your iPod and allow you to update with the proper files.

    One you have restored it, if you want to to keep all of the .wma's in iTunes to listen to, then put all your .mp3's in a playlist, and then opt to only update that playlist..

    Or, you could selct the songs and drag and drop!
