hi hope someone can help as am clueless one of the kid has slammed the top on samsung sata pro laptop an broke the screen iv connectedc it to tv but keep gettin a black screen which say Error 0xc00000e9: Unexpected I/O error any help please and thankyou.
check your harddrive if it was on when they slammed it, it could well be damaged and need instant data recovery
