i had xbmc loaded on but wanted to load on evo x, so i deleted xbmc off now no dash comes up and error 13 as well
if you have a halo game just put that in your xbox and then run it and it shouuld update your xbox's dash and the problem should be fixed..make sure you dont have the ethernet cord plugged into your xbox when you do so..if you dont have halo 2 use a game created after halo 2 anything new will update your xbox.. if that still doesnt work you have to download the slayer 2.7 or AID disc (iso format) then you burn it to a cd-rw then put it into your xbox and install a dash that way
