I have my Matrix chip installed. It is flashed with EvoX 2.5 colormod it has ybox and error reporting. Everytime i boot when the chip is in mode 2 (always on) or 3 (swap mode) i do see the colored logo, but I get the error 13 (Dashboard could not be launched)after that. If i load an original xbox game everything works fine. I've tried booting with already made iso files as well as making my own with xISO and ISOmaker 2.0. I've also tried Slayers 2.0 and 2.1. I Still get error 13 everytime. Although, im not sure that im burning the images right due to the fact that after i finish burning the disc i put it in my PC's DVD-ROM drive and it comes up as My Disc and when i click on it i can see the iso on the disc. I've read that after you burn the iso that your PC should not be able to read the disc at all. I use Nero 5.5.9.14 to burn and have tried Maxell, Sony, and Samsung CD-RW media, but i have a Samsung DVD-ROM in my XBOX so i dont believe the media is the problem. Please give me any suggestions that you have this is driving me crazy. Thanks, Dan
Alright, man, it seems to me that if you can see the iso, you've actually burned the iso as data on the disc. What you need to do is select burn image under the file menu in Nero. If the PC is only reading a 13 MB portion of the CD, that is what is supposed to happen, and it's probably the program you're using to make the image. Although it's a tough find, GDFImage works great in combination with Craxtion.
