ERROR 13 THEN ERROR 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP

    ok, so i softmodded my xbox using splinter cell...and it worked but then i was just messing around on my evox dash and deleted every thing!!!!
    after that my xbox booted games...but without a disc in i got error 13, then one day i turn it on with a disc in and it says error 16....!!!

    i've tryed every thing from slayers 2.6 to hotswapping for the past 6 months and i just this im doing something wrong

    PLEASE I NEED STEP BY STEP HELP!!!!!

    theres nothing really wrong with hotswapping, its just a bit confusing...can you help me?

    the best thing you could do is get a proper modchip..install then you`ll xbox will be better than it was before..

    i used executer 2.6 and it fixed it
