error 16 and red/green flashing light

    I have a modded xbox and now I'm getting an error 16 and a green for a second and red for a half a second...does anyone have any idea how I can fix these problems?

    You probably messed up your dashboard. Make an evox boot disk and boot your Xbox with your chip on. You'll be able to ftp to it.. fix the dashboard.
