ERROR 16 Service Required. Call Customer Support

    i ned help i tried to mod my xbox but i think it has a bad save now it says 16 Service Required. Call Customer Support. its weird i need help

    you meed a modchip or you need to hotswap

    but when i load my xbox it doesnt show a microsoft sign under the xbox sign so it wont work for hotfix and i dont know any stores that sell chips? can like u find a thing so i dont have to take my box apart

    Try to disconnect IDE cable from xbox hdd just before it goes to error 16. You can also try to boot up xbox with an original game inside the dvd drive to see if microsoft logo shows up.

    The only way to fix it without opening it is to buy a modchip and ship your xbox out for professional installation with the chip.

    i cant wont let me i dont have a white microsoft sign underneath the xbox sing when u first turn on the xbox so it wont work
